Investing in music royalties and related digital assets involves inherent risks. Market performance, artist activity, streaming volume, and third-party distribution timelines can all influence investment returns.

RoyaFi does not guarantee profits or fixed payouts. Past performance of an artist or catalog does not ensure future results. We encourage users to invest responsibly and diversify their portfolios.

By participating, investors acknowledge that they fully understand and accept these potential risks.

Royalty Payout Policy

RoyaFi processes royalty earnings monthly, based on actual collections from licensed distributors and performance agencies. Our accounting team verifies all royalty data before disbursement.

Payments are transferred directly to users’ registered bank accounts or wallets. However, delays may occur due to third-party processing or pending audits.

You can track payout status and transaction history in your dashboard under the “Royalties” tab.

SEC & Regulatory Compliance

RoyaFi is structured in compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant financial oversight authorities. Our legal counsel, Hill & Mason LLP, ensures that all investment offerings meet regulatory standards.

We maintain transparent communication with regulatory agencies and adhere to strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols.
